If you have made a purchase, but then wish to cancel the order, you can do so unless it has already been dispatched. Call us immediately and place a request for the cancellation. If the product has not been dispatched, we will cancel the order. A cancellation fee of 5% of the order value will be charged and you will get a refund for the remaining amount.
If you have received your order and are not happy with it:
(a) Nothing wrong with the product but not too excited upon seeing it: You can exchange the product for another one from our catalogue. Inform us by email within 7 days of receiving the product. Upon receiving confirmation from us, return it through a registered courier agency. We will give you a discount coupon code equal to the price of the returned item which you can then use towards your next purchase.
(b) The product or package is damaged when you receive it: If during delivery, the package appears damaged or tampered with, first verify the contents against your order. Once verified, accept the package, but write ‘damaged’ on the proof of delivery certificate. This will help us take this up with our courier agency. Inform us by email within a day of receiving the damaged product. Try to be clear and precise in your description and if possible, attach a picture of the damaged portion with the email. Upon receiving confirmation from us, return the product through a registered courier agency. You have a choice of either taking a refund for the damaged item or selecting another item from our catalogue as a replacement. If you choose to get a replacement, we will give you a discount coupon code of the price of the damaged item which you can then use to purchase the new item.
Credits usually take 5 – 7 business days to get processed. For refunds, please check the credits in the next credit card statement.
The items displayed here are the exact same items that we ship to you. The images are as good a copy of the actual item as possible by digital photography. Sometimes, some colors may appear different on the computer/tablet/phone screen from the real color. This could be due to lighting and/or limitations of digital photography. Do keep this in mind when making purchases.

Shipping method: All shipments are sent through reputed courier agencies. If your PIN code is not covered by any of our courier agencies, we will ship your items through Speed Post or Registered Post. Please provide a local phone number at the delivery address when placing the order. Courier agencies may need to check for directions, and not having a local phone number available may cause inadvertent delays.
